The Temple of Au Imayamanu Mae is a familiar space to both of them. It's where Lyric spends a good portion of her days with her devoted followers, because despite her undeniable divinity, she doesn't see herself as above them in any capacity. And it's where she ends up crossing paths with Kazunari from time to time, because if he goes to the temple then he gets to see some of his art buds and miss Lychee. Totes a win-win in his book.
For once, they've arrived together, but it's for a purpose that's also familiar to them. She wouldn't be too surprised if by the end of this, after he's tied her up to their commissioner's satisfaction, he whipped out a canvas to make yet another masterpiece of her.
But there's steps before that point, like returning the jacket he'd lent to her to keep her warm. The loose, flowing dress she's wearing is pretty, perfect for artwork, but not as good for a chilly winter day. ] Thanks, Kazunari. [ Then to both him and the other artist: ] Should I have my hair down?
[ Lyric sees those open arms and falls easily into his embrace. As her fingers dig into his shoulders to establish her own grip, she seals his mouth shut with a heated kiss that has no business feeling as good as it does. She's blaming the aphrodisiacs for that one, thanks.
Unlike their previous shared kisses, there's no soothing rhythm to this. There's a desperation, a palpable hunger, the literal (gentle) bite of teeth on his bottom lip as she resumes her rocking and bouncing.
